the booking process

I take on a limited number of weddings each year which enables me to give my clients a high-quality product with attention to detail. My minimum spend for bridal party flowers is $895.00 and for a full-service wedding my minimum is $3000.00.

 

1.

Contact me directly via mel@vintagemilly.com.au to check the availability of your wedding date. Because I only take a limited number of bookings each year, popular dates fill fast.

Once you have established I'm available, please fill in the form on my contact page and I will prepare a quote for your consideration. If you decide to go ahead, I require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

On receipt of your deposit, I will contact you via email to get all the necessary details about your wedding.

 

You can share Pinterest boards, colour swatches, inspiration pictures, photos of your dress, bridesmaid dresses, groom/s attire, and anything else you think will help me to understand your ideas.
 

2.

A month before your wedding I will reach out to finalise all flower details and to plan the delivery times and locations. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
